DELIVERY METHODS AND TIMES
1 - General
Products are shipped to the address indicated during the process of order. The main used main carrier is the «Colissimo» service of La Poste (France national Post Office). The delivery is considered made from the moment the the product is remitted to the carrier. All parcels have a tracking number that you will receive after your order is finalised.
2 – Delivery times
All the announced times are calculated in business days. makes a commitment to put its products (for products in stock only) in the hands of the carrier within 3 days after the validation of the order by the customer. The indicative shipping time are as follows according to countries :
Metropolitan France: +2 business days
Zone 1 countries: +3 business days (Germany, Austria Belgium, Denmark, Spain, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, United Kingdom, Switzerland)
Zone 2 countries: +4 business days (Finland, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Norway, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden)
Zone 3 countries: +8 business days (Other countries of Europe, Maghreb, Middle East, Africa, America, Asia, Oceania)
3 - Problems of delivery because of the carrier
The customer has to verify the good state of the goods upon the arrival of the parcel. He has to notice at once the possible reserves to the carrier (visible degradation of the parcel, products broken, etc.) and to establish a report of deterioration or despoliation.
The customer must inform Bureau des Objets Emotifs (see article 11 Company Details) and return the parcel. After reception and accepting, Bureau des Objets Emotifs will reimburse the initial delivery costs, and according to the wish of the customer, the initially ordered product(s) will be sent again or a voucher will be provided.
4 - Return for error of products
The customer has 15 days to indicate that the received product(s) is (are) not the ordered product (s): reference error or different product. The product(s) must be returned to Bureau des Objets Emotifs in good condition and in its original packing, even if it was opened, with the number of the order and the complete address and phone number of the customer.
After reception and acceptance of the parcel by Bureau des Objets Emotifs will reimburse the initial delivery and the return costs and, according to the nature of the product and available stocks and according to the wish of the buyer, the initially ordered product(s) will be shipped again free of charge, or a voucher will be provided.
Articles proposed for sale cannot be the object of any transfer, of whatever nature.
ARTICLE 2: DISPLAY AND AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
Products are displayed on the site with the maximum possible exactness in the respect for the article L111-1 of the French Commerce Code, which plans for the prospect to know the essential characteristics of the products which he wishes to buy before confirming his order. Photos representing products only have an indicative value, especially regarding products colors, and do not enter the contractual field because of the changes which may be caused by their transcription on the site or by the colour variation existing between customers screens.
The offers of products and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the site, while stocks last. bureau-des-objets-emotifs.com does not guarantee the availability of products during a given period.
Upon validation of order by a customer, it is processed to check the availability of the ordered product(s). In case of unavailability, bureau-des-objets-emotifs.com makes a commitment to send an email or to call the customer to offer him either an equivalent product, or to wait for the next availability of the missing product, or to be reimbursed.
Any complaint of the customer aiming at the delivery of a missing product will be considered as not established.
In case of shortage of stock on one of the products of the order, the rest of the order will be sent.
ARTICLE 3: ORDERS
Before the validation of the order by the customer, he has the possibility of verifying the detail as well as the total price and of correcting possible errors, before confirming his order by the payment.
informs the customer of his order confirmation by sending him an email, then of his delivery tracking by a second email.
The date of validation of the order corresponds to :
- The date of the order in case of credit card payment or by an on-line paypal account, or to
- The date of the reception of the check in case of payment by check
ARTICLE 4: PRICES
All the prices indicated on the site are in euro, including all taxes. The inclusive VAT is the French VAT at the current rate for concerned products (19,6 %).
bureau-des-objets-emotifs.com reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but makes a commitment to apply the price lists which will have been indicated to the customer at the time of his order.
The prices are given without delivery costs, which are charged in supplement, except when the customer benefits from an offer exempting him. The delivery costs are indicated before the validation of the order. For a delivery outside the European Union, possible customs duties and other taxes may apply on the occasion of the import of thèse products. These taxes as well as the formalities relating to them, will be at the charge to the customer.
ARTICLE 5: PAYMENT METHOD AND SECURITY OF TRANSACTIONS
5.1 – Payment method
The payment method is presented at the time of the order. It is secured through Paypal.com Payments can be made by debit or credit cards. The payment is then directly made on a separate Paypal.com page. This means that no banking information concerning the customer transits on www.bureau-des-objets-emotifs.com. That is why credit card details are asked again for every new transaction. The order is validated as soon as the bank accpets the payment.
5.2 - Non payement
reserves the reight to refuse to make a delivery or to honor an order emanating from a customer who would not have settled totally or partially a previous order, or with whom a dispute of payement would still be under way.
5.3 - Clause of property reserve
Products remain the property of until the complete collection of the payment of the order by Bureau des Objets Emotifs sarl.
ARTICLE 6: RESPONSIBILITIES
can not be held responsible of the non-fulfillment of the contract due to the emergence of an event of force majeure, in particular in the case of all-out or partial strike of postal services (or other chosen carriers), and in case of disasters caused by floods, fires or natural catastrophy.
The choice and the purchase of a product is placed under the entire responsibility of the customer.
ARTICLE 7: RIGHT OF RETRACTION
According to the article L.121-20 and following ones of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 15 business days as from the delivery his order, to return any product that does not suit him, in its original packing and in good condition, appropriate to be sold again, with the invoice
The customer can also retract in the case of an overtaking of 7 days of the shipping time indicated at the time of the order.
In these two cases he can ask for the exchange or for the refund without penalty except the expenses of returning the parcel.
No return will be accepted if the returned product is unfit to be solda gain (incomplete, dirty, damaged, broken, etc. due to the customer or to an evident poor return wrapping).
ARTICLE 8: INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All the elements of the site, in particular the online shop, are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of Bureau des Objets Emotifs. Nobody is authorized to reproduce, to exploit, to broadcast or to use, Under any cicumstances, even partially, any elements of the site without having obtained beforehand the authorization of Bureau des Objets Emotifs.
ARTICLE 9: CUSTOMERS PERSONAL DETAILS
During the treatment of the order, customer details must be collected. These data will never be transferred or sold outside by Bureau des Objets Emotifs. This database, and in particular the management of the emails made by Bureau des Objets Emotifs, is registred with the CNIL (French National Commission for Information Technology and Liberties) under the number 1548649 v 0.
According to the Law " IT and Liberties " of January 6th, 1978 modified by the Law of August 6th, 2004, the customer has at any time, of a right of access, modification, rectification and deletion of his datas.
To exercise this right, the customer has to send an e-mail or a mail to one of the company details as specified in article 11.

ARTICLE 11: JURISDICTION
In case of dispute or of complaint, the customer will address first and foremost Bureau des Objets Emotifs to obtain an amicable solution. If it fails, the parties can start any useful procedure, express competence being attributed to the courts of Paris, France.
If one or some of the conditions of the present are considered as invalid, the other conditions will still keep all their strength and their reach.
